The Egyptian British Chamber of Commerce (EBCC) in partnership with The Department of International Trade (DIT) has the pleasure to invite you to our In-Person Breakfast Briefing by H.E. Egyptian Minister of Finance on Tuesday 19th October at 9 -10.30 am
H.E. Dr. Mohamed Maait will give an overview of Egypt’s fiscal policy, will discuss Egypt’s macroeconomic situation and the impact of COVID-19 as well as Climate and environmental prospects for Egypt’s renewable energy program.
Egypt’ financial Service sector is in a unique position that enables it to have a vital role and act as a catalyst for change across all other industries. In September 2020, Egypt became the first Arab country to issue Green Bonds with a $750 million deal aimed at diversifying Egypt’s investor base and raising awareness of the country’s progress towards sustainability.
This event will take place in person at the IOD, 116 Pall Mall, St. James’s, London SW1Y 5ED. Limited to 50 persons in attendance.
