ROWAD MODERN ENGINEERING a subsidiary of ELSEWEDY Electric Rowad Modern Engineering, is one of Egypt’s distinguished turnkey contractors, with a rich history in managing multidisciplinary projects of substantial scale and complexity. They are a key player in numerous mega projects and have played a pivotal role in some of the world’s most notable landmarks in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa.
On the webinar, you will learn about Rowad Modern Engineering and its company profile, previous projects and future pipeline.
In particular, the webinar will be focusing on their upcoming Sandiara project which is a UKEF guaranteed project.
The project is an industrial & logistics park covering 100,000 Sqm containing manufacturing, warehousing, administration building, and commercial area with a budget of between $200-$236 Million USD.
The project scope of work is as follows:
- Construction of infrastructure for the industrial park
- Construction of internal roads in bituminous concrete.
- Construction of fencing throughout the industrial park.
- Construction of a commercial building (300 x 25) without furniture.
- Construction of 6 Industrial Sheds
- Construction of the mosque (1 floor – double height)
- Construction of a motel (4 floors) without furniture.
- Construction of the bus station (bus included)
- Construction of the solar power plant to supply public services
- Construction of a wastewater treatment plant
